Your data stays yours.

• Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name.
• Your business: the company profile, knowledge files, brand kit and settings you add.
• Your work: the missions you ask for, the files you attach, and the results the team produces.
• Billing: your plan and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Usage: how many work credits each mission used, and technical logs needed to keep the service running.
• Support: the tickets and messages you send us.

Only to run VYNORO for you: plan and do the work you ask for, show your results, bill your plan, answer support, and keep the service secure. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

When you connect a Google service in Integrations, VYNORO asks only for what that card needs:

• Gmail (gmail.send): send emails that you approved. VYNORO cannot read your inbox.
• Google Calendar (calendar.events): create and move events the team schedules for you. It never deletes events.
• Google Drive (drive.file): access only the files VYNORO creates or that you choose to open with it.

Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to perform the actions you asked for. You can disconnect any service in Integrations at any time, which revokes VYNORO’s access.

VYNORO’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used to train AI models, not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the features you use, and never used for advertising.

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• Google Cloud (Vertex AI): the AI models that do the work. Your content is sent to the model only to answer your request.
• Stripe: payments.
• Vercel: hosting.

Download everything VYNORO holds about your account from Settings, Data. You can reset your business profile there too. To delete your account and all its data, ask from the Help page: a person deletes it, including your missions, files, tickets and connected services.

Each account can only reach its own data (row-level security in the database). Connection tokens are encrypted, and staff access is limited to support and logged.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date above and tell signed-in users in the app.
